Adecco is currently hiring a Master Electrician for a full-time position in Saint John, NB.

In this role, you will oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced and licensed Master Electrician with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to handle residential, multi-residential, and commercial electrical work.

  • Job Type: Full-time | Permanent (Temp-to-Perm potential)

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work

  • Delegate tasks to team members and monitor progress to meet project deadlines

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures

  • Manage permits, order materials, and track inventory for ongoing projects

  • Communicate with clients and provide professional consultations when required

  • Supervise and train team members, offering guidance on technical work, safety procedures, and job-specific responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Valid Master Electrician License (required)

  • 3–4 years of experience in residential, multi-residential, and commercial electrical work

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Certifications such as WHMIS and Working at Heights (required)

  • Strong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

  • Must be eligible to work in New Brunswick and authorized to pull permits
