Adecco is currently hiring a Marketing Assistant for a full-time position.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns and customer strategies that drive visibility, demand, and engagement across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail categories throughout the U.S. and Canada. You will own campaign execution end to end, using data-driven insights to continuously refine performance and fuel growth.
Working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and partner management teams, you’ll develop best practices for content optimization, promotions, timing, and in-app placement—balancing Uber Eats’ strategic goals with merchant partner priorities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of execution, analytics, and collaboration.
Salary: $36.43/hour
Location: Remote or Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-time | Temp or Temp-to-Perm Potential
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm

Primary responsibilities:
Build, execute, and manage merchandising campaigns for Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail categories across the US and Canada
Measure and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights and recommendations
Develop best practices for content optimization based on audience, timing, placement, promotions, and additional variables
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing, and partner management
Balance strategic objectives between Uber Eats and merchant partners to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, growth operations, strategy, planning, management consulting, or related roles with a strong desire to expand skill set
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Track record of owning and executing cross-functional initiatives, with strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently execute complex tasks with high accuracy
Highly collaborative - engage and mobilize multiple teams to drive execution towards shared goals
Passionate about working at the intersection of merchandising and operations in the on-demand delivery space
Previous experience in eCommerce merchandising is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
