Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team in North York, ON. In this role you will provide temporary coordination and administrative support to the Marketing team, with a strong focus on trade show execution, event logistics, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. This role supports key marketing activities, vendor communication, and internal administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: North York, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for marketing events and trade shows, including communication with external organizers and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing event materials, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are organized and completed.
Support shipping, setup instructions, and post‑event documentation as needed.
Assist with design file coordination, ensuring accurate version control and on‑time delivery of materials.
Manage ordering of marketing materials, promotional items, and collateral.
Support vendor communication, obtain quotes, create purchase orders, and track invoices.
Manage confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with ongoing and ad‑hoc marketing tasks to support team priorities.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members to ensure alignment on initiatives and timelines.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
Track expenses, maintain marketing budgets, and assist with documentation.
Monitor and maintain inventory of marketing assets and supplies.
Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, status trackers, and PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong overall MS Office abilities.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator) considered an asset.
Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support preferred.
High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
