- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals and maximize revenue growth.
- Lead sales forecasts, set targets, and manage sales territories and quotas to optimize performance.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop targeted promotional programs and drive product demand.
- Oversee the distribution channels, manage key accounts across Eastern Canada, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities, expanding the company's footprint in the region.
- Ensure all product registrations and processes meet Canadian legal and industry standards.
- Monitor performance, track accounts receivable, and analyze competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven business plans for sustainable growth.
- Lead the introduction of new products to the market, driving distribution and brand awareness.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Proven experience in driving growth and managing accounts within the food & beverage industry.
- Strong track record of successful market expansion and relationship-building with clients.
- Skilled in building relationships and negotiating to close deals.
- Strong ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and trends to inform decisions.
- Experience working alongside teams in marketing, finance, and operations.
- Must be open to regular travel within Eastern Canada to meet with clients and stakeholders.
