Manager, Design Implementation - ARCHITECT / OWNER’S REP

Architectural Design Oversight:

  • Manage design teams, hire consultants, and supervise the architectural design process from conception to completion.

  • Ensure alignment of designs with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.

  • Review architectural drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve design issues.

  • Provide leadership in maintaining design standards and guidelines, and mentor the design team.


Interior and Landscape Design Oversight:

  • Lead the strategic direction for interior architectural layouts, landscape design, and interior design, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and budget alignment.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into projects.


Brand Integrity Oversight:

  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure architectural elements align with brand strategies.

  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, project brochures, and websites with architectural expertise.

The role requires strategic leadership, technical proficiency, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project success and brand consistency.
 

Skills Summary:

  • With meticulous attention to detail and expertise in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs, review plans and ensure design accuracy..

  • Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) with knowledge of building codes and regulations.

  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating with contractors and engineers.

  • Problem-solving ability to address design challenges and develop innovative solutions.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas to projects.

  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmentally friendly materials.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years work in an architectural firm / consulting environment as a design lead for conceptual as well as working drawings

  • Architectural degree required, MBA preferred
