Maintenance Administrator

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Maintenance Administrator to join our client’s office team in Edmonton, AB. In this position you will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Supervisor by handling administrative tasks, allowing the Supervisor to maximize time in the field. This position ensures accurate job reporting, proper scheduling, workload balancing, and maintenance profile assignments for new or updated contracts. You will collaborate closely with Maintenance Supervisors, Field Technicians, Customer Care Centre agents, and Contract Administrators to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $31.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Assign correct maintenance profiles to new or modified contracts and updated equipment
Define new maintenance profiles based on technical characteristics
Verify missing technical data and schedule inspection visits to collect information
Maintain technician-to-equipment assignments based on supervisor decisions
Create and distribute maintenance visits according to schedules
Maintain general callout planning (day/night/weekend/backups)
Monitor and correct alignment of back-reported jobs across systems
Create, dispatch, and back-report service orders and assessments
Compile service repair tenders, obtain supervisor approval, send to customers, and manage responses
Create service orders upon customer approval
Monitor and correct accuracy of email notifications to customers
Enter technician timesheet data into the system
Assist supervisors with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with maintenance management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
