Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic Project Manager to work for our client, to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects across various departments, ensuring successful completion and alignment with company goals. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

  • Shift: Mon – Fri, 8 hrs./day Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects to maximize profits and maintain minimum average GPM

  • In-depth knowledge of generating a schedule of values and ability to forecast completion of project components.

  • Ensuring project has resources necessary to maintain schedule, quality, and critical outcomes

  • Maintaining strong customer satisfaction with all existing and new clients

  • Completing job-related administrative duties in a timely, professional, and thorough manner

  • Having a positive, proactive, and solution oriented mindset related to all elements of the position

  • Meticulous record keeping of all aspects of the project including customer requests, project revisions, and final decisions/approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Early-career professional in the construction industry with 2 to 5 years of experience.

  • Should have 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager, preferably within the construction or a related field.

  • A solid understanding of, or willingness to learn, the key financial aspects of project management is essential, including progress invoicing, budget management, and cost control.

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow within our team.

  • Prepared to take on the responsibilities of a Project Manager, work collaboratively, and contribute to the success of our projects.
