Inventory Clerk - 5-day contract

Adecco is currently looking for an Inventory support associate to assist our client in the trainyards, Ottawa, ON. This role is a 5-day contract to support the specific inventory process. Pay rate: $18.50/hour
Location: Trainyards - Ottawa, ON
Contract Length: December 5-10th

Responsibilities:
Receive and unpack shipments of materials and grocery items to be unloaded to storage;
To prepare appropriate documents and maintain records
To ensure that all shipments are accurately and properly prepared to the customer's destination
Count document and log all inventories in the store on the sales floor and storage
Some cleaning
Other Duties as assigned
The Inventory support must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED;
Availability to work within 8:00 – 19:00 Monday to Sunday;
Written, Oral and Spoken communication skills in English;
Basic Physical abilities (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs);
Strong attention to detail and data reporting skills;
Experience in assembly/sawdering would be considered an asset;
Light industrial experience would be considered an asset.
