Inside Sales Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Inside Sales Representative to work for our client in Fort McMurray, AB. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound communication. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service.

• Pay rate: $20.00/hour

• Location: Fort McMurray, AB

• Shifts: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Support account executives

• Daily tasks include managing insertion order, layouts, proofs, copy changes

• Process new sales leads

• Manage correspondence between team and clients

• Interacting with clients

• Scheduling appointments

• Creating reports and interpreting data

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Must have warehouse experience

• Proven experience in inside sales is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Persuasive and effective negotiation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

• Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
