Inside Sales Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Inside Sales Representative to work for our client in Edmonton AB. In this role, 60% of activities will be related to inside sales functions and 40% warehousing functions. Previous warehouse experience is required. • Pay rate: $20.00/hour

• Location: Edmonton, AB

• Shifts: 7:30am – 4:30pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Support account executives

• Daily tasks include managing insertion order, layouts, proofs, copy changes

• Process new sales leads

• Manage correspondence between team and clients

• Interacting with clients

• Scheduling appointments

• Creating reports and interpreting data

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Must have warehouse experience

• Proven experience in inside sales is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Persuasive and effective negotiation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

• Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
