Inside Sales Account Representative - Senior
Adecco is currently seeking a Senior Inside Sales Account Representative to join our client’s team. This is a 12-month contract with possibility of extension position based in St. Catharines, ON. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales while managing a portfolio of high-spending advertisers from small to medium-sized businesses. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experiences, and help clients achieve their advertising goals through tailored solutions.

- Pay rate: $21.39/hour.
- Location: St Catharines, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday shifts within 9:00am-6:30pm
- Job type: 12-month contract with possibility of extension| Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Managing a portfolio of high-spending advertisers to drive revenue growth.
- Conducting outbound calls and engaging with clients through email to proactively assess and optimize product performance.
- Demonstrating commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
- Identifying sales opportunities and offering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilizing vertical expertise to personalize client recommendations and help them adopt the best products.
- Working towards exceeding quarterly sales targets through high-volume outbound calling.
- Understanding client business models and leveraging this knowledge to increase customer investment and/or lengthen campaign durations.
- Offering consultative support and guidance to clients on advertising strategy and budget optimization.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to position the advertising solution effectively.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, with a strong background in both outbound and inbound calls.
- A minimum of 4 years overall work experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college diploma preferred).
- Prior experience in BPO and outbound sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of quota-based sales and performance impact.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience in multi-touch cross/upselling.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
