QUALIFICATIONS - Industrial Mechanic

• 4+ years maintenance experience in food / beverage / pharma / CPG manufacturing

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

• Excellent understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits

• Electromechanical competency is an asset (sensors, drives, HMI, etc.)

• Previous experience with blow molding machines

• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems and mechanical tools

• Ability to use hand and power tools and production tracking systems

• Experience reading manuals and blueprints

• Good communication skills together with basic computer literacy

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Open to a rotating continental shift

RESPONSIBILITIES - Industrial Mechanic

• Perform routine checks on equipment to identify repair needs

• Repair and troubleshoot equipment and associated hardware with minimal supervision

• Service machines including conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, depalletizers, and labelers

• Maintain and repair PLC, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery

• Work to support operators during equipment malfunctions and collaborate to resolve issues

• Participate in team development through training and collaboration

• Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems (Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP)

• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations
