Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and customer-focused Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide expert guidance, and facilitate their purchase decisions to ensure they receive the best products and services. A solid understanding of insurance products and services is essential to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Pay Rate: $40,000 Annual Salary

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.

  • Navigate through various systems to assist in resolving customer requests and facilitate purchases.

  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs, with a focus on insurance services and automotive products.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding internal quality standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current with industry trends to provide accurate and helpful advice.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Completion of post-secondary education.

  • 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience; call center experience is an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A genuine, empathetic communication style that builds rapport with customers.

  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must attend all scheduled training sessions (time off is not permitted during the training period).
