Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Imaging Technician for our client in Ottawa, ON.

As an Imaging Technician, you will be responsible for tracking, prepping, scanning, indexing, reconstituting, and quality-assuring hard copy documents to ensure they meet client standards. You will work closely with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality imaging services.

  • Location: Ottawa, ON

  • Shifts: Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 3:00 pm | Monday – Friday | 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities:

  • Track, prep, scan, index, reconstitute, and quality-check documents.

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in imaging processes.

  • Meet daily targets set in the Project Delivery Schedule.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Data entry experience is an asset but not required.

  • Previous experience in document imaging or archival work is an asset.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Written and verbal fluency in English (French is an asset but not required).

  • Ability to follow processes and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to obtain Government Reliability B and potentially Level 2 Secret Security Clearance.
