Imaging Shift Supervisor
Adecco is seeking an energetic and proactive Imaging Shift Supervisor for a globally-known company.
As the Imaging Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the entire process of managing hard copy documents, including tracking, preparation, scanning, indexing, reconstitution, quality assurance, and exporting them to the client. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations within the Imaging Center, resolve any issues that arise, ensure adherence to department standards, and monitor timelines and results.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have 2-3 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a digital environment. A strong understanding of imaging processes is also essential.

Salary: $30.00/hr

Shifts: Monday – Friday | Evening shift 2:30pm to 11pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and resolve client issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet client demand.
Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
Responsible for building a cohesive and effective team as well as serving as a mentor and role model for the staff
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop quality staff members
Build and support a positive team environment
Provide continuous motivation and contact with team to maintain a quality service culture
Assume a working role assisting with prepping, scanning, and importing process
Provide backup for members of the Imaging Team when they cannot be present
Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure all employees are following correct guidelines and procedures in their day to day work
The Supervisor shall ensure that all staff have participated in training to understand responsibilities associated with scanning and imaging documents correctly, including ongoing training
The Supervisor shall develop training materials, a training plan, and a training calendar in collaboration with training staff and update as needed
Ability to conduct performance reports, which are due daily and weekly as an aggregate count of the prior and current workloads
Communicate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all documents meet standards
Maintain scanning equipment
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.
2-3 years supervisory experience, in a Digital environment, highly preferred.
Understanding of the imaging processesLeadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills.
Demonstrated basic billing knowledge.
Basic understanding of project lifecycles.
