Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator on behalf of our client, a multi‑entity organization operating across three business units.  In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day HR support, providing coordination across payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee records, and performance management activities.

  • Pay Rate: $65,000 – $72,000 annually (dependent on experience)

  • Location: Gold River, BC

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries across all business units

  • Coordinate payroll changes, employee updates, and time/leave tracking in collaboration with the Finance team

  • Support group benefits and pension administration, including enrolments, changes, and terminations

  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR tracking systems

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation

  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and discretion

  • Support performance review follow‑up and assist managers with employee‑related questions and processes

  • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (including Excel, Copilot, and Power Apps) to track data and improve HR processes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • CPHR designation or candidacy is required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, and/or benefits administration

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 tools

  • Experience with Payworks payroll and Manulife benefits is considered an asset

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (rural location with limited public transportation)

  • Ability to successfully complete an RCMP Criminal Record Check upon offer

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
