Human Resource Manager

Adecco is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our client’s team in Langley, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and development. • Pay Rate: $80k-$110k/year.

• Location: Langley, BC

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.

• Oversee employee engagement initiatives, ensuring employee happiness and satisfaction.

• Organize company conferences and events, fostering team bonding and collaboration.

• Conduct regular visits to various locations to connect with employees and address any concerns.

• Handle all employee contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for all employees, enhancing skills and performance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain employee incentive programs to motivate and retain talent.

• Conduct onboarding training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Stay updated on HR best practices and regulations to maintain a compliant and effective HR function.

Requirements:  

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations in Canada.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

• Experience with employee engagement and incentive programs is an asset.
