Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our client’s dynamic distribution team in Brampton, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for filling totes with merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for shipment. This role requires you to be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs as part of regular warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick merchandise accurately based on order requirements

  • Fill totes with merchandise for order assembly

  • Pack merchandise into store boxes or customer shipping cartons

  • Prepare orders for shipment, labeling, and staging as needed

  • Ensure packing quality by following company guidelines for accuracy and presentation

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient operation

  • Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is an asset, but not required

  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

  • Flexible and willing to take on various tasks as needed

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
