General Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies.

• Sort, stack, and organize items in designated areas.

• Maintain clean and safe work areas by removing debris and organizing tools and equipment.

• Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment or temporary structures.

• Assist skilled workers or team members with various tasks as needed.

• Follow instructions to complete assigned duties efficiently.

• Operate basic tools and equipment as required for specific tasks.

• Perform basic maintenance and report any issues with tools or machinery.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• PPE's such as boots, hardhat, and vest

• Adherence to all safety standards at all times

• Ability to follow directions well

• Good work ethic and attitude

• Good attendance

• Reliable transportation

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs.

• Dependability and ability to follow instructions closely.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

• Prior experience in general labor or related fields is beneficial but not required.

• Comfortable working in various conditions, including outdoors and in physically demanding roles.
