Forklift - Reach Truck Operator

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join our client’s warehouse team in Richmond, BC. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating reach trucks, performing shipping and receiving tasks, and ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong team player with a solid background in warehouse operations.

• Pay Rate: $23.50/hour

• Location: Richmond, BC

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:30am – 6:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck machine.

• Enter shipping information into a computer in the shipping department.

• Scan barcodes on boxes using an RF Scanner.

• Label boxes, and place boxes onto pallets to be shipped.

• Perform order picking and packing duties.

• Print shipping labels for each box and ship packages effectively.

• Keep work area well organized and clean.

• Assist teammates when needed.

• Perform other warehouse duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck machine.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Good communication skills.

• Comfortable using voice directed picking technology/headset.

• Must have steel toe safety boots.

• Must have reliable transportation as the work site is not transit accessible.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
