Forklift Machine Operators

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Machine Operator to join our client’s fast-paced warehouse team in Vaughan, Ontario. This temporary position (with possibility of becoming permanent), offering $22 per hour, is ideal for operators confident in handling Crown brand material handling equipment (MHE), including propane counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while meeting performance and productivity standards with minimal supervision.

• Pay rate: $22/hour.

• Location: Vaughan, ON

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-11:00pm

• Job type: Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown propane counterbalance forklifts, Crown reach trucks, and Crown order pickers safely and efficiently.

• Move, stack, and organize materials and products within the warehouse.

• Use RF scanners to track, pick, and verify inventory.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Proven experience operating Crown brand forklifts and MHE (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Order Picker).

• Comfortable operating Crown equipment — no training provided.

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with measurable performance targets.

• Proficient in using RF scanning systems.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
