Forklift / Shipper & Receiver

Adecco is currently seeking a Forklift / Shipper & Receiver for a contract opportunity in Brockville, Ontario. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by safely operating electric forklifts, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records using computer-based systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Salary: $20/hour

• Location: Brockville, ON

• Job type: Full-time | Temporary

• Schedule: Straight days | Approximately 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Operate electric forklift trucks to load, unload, move, and stage materials

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing products

• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation

• Update inventory and order information using computer-based systems

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety standards

• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Experience operating forklifts; electric forklift experience is an asset

• Valid forklift license preferred

• Previous shipping and receiving experience considered an advantage

• Comfortable using computers and warehouse operating systems

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
