Adecco is currently seeking dedicated Flow Controllers to join our client's operations team in Vaughan, ON. This is a Temporary position, offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring equipment, addressing system issues, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Candidates must be able to work rotational shifts.

  • Pay rate: $20/hour.

  • Location: Vaughan, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday | Shifts will fall within 6:00am-6:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to operational callouts, error notifications, and alarms as instructed.

  • Communicating system events clearly to relevant teams to minimize disruptions.

  • Monitoring equipment and advising client staff on proper operations.

  • Clearing any system issues or blockages efficiently.

  • Maintaining a clean and obstacle-free work environment.

  • Working independently or collaboratively to address system issues effectively.

  • Documenting all activities, breakdowns, and incidents.

  • Transferring equipment knowledge to other staff members.

  • Adhering to OH&S procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

  • Reporting any tool or equipment breakages to your manager.

  • Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Operations & Maintenance Manager or Shift Leader.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various teams.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Must be available for rotational shifts.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not mandatory.
