Adecco is currently seeking a Field Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kings County, Nova Scotia. This is a temporary, part-time position for a maximum of 50 hours, offering a competitive salary of $30 per hour. This position would be perfect for a retired individual.
As a Field Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting community engagement activities and data collection efforts. If you are passionate about community involvement, data analysis, and have excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

  • Pay rate: $30/hour.

  • Location: Kings County, NS

  • Shifts: 11:00am-8:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Detailed Job Description:

  • Attend and assist in organizing six community open house sessions.

  • Must be willing to travel around Kings County

  • Prepare summaries of input from engagement exercises, including online questionnaires

  • Ride transit buses and record passengers as they board and de-board.

  • Collect data associated with transit stops.

  • Comfortably engage with people

  • Ability to collect and process data.

  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to a vehicle.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable with travel within Kings County

  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
