Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly skilled and adaptable Emergency Response Medic to join our clients team. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide critical on-site medical care, support emergency response operations, and ensure the health and safety of all personnel in high-demand environments such as industrial sites, remote locations, or large-scale events.
You will play a key role in responding to medical incidents, stabilizing patients, and coordinating care with emergency services when necessary.

Responsibilities:
Provide immediate medical care and first aid in emergency and non-emergency situations.
Assess patient conditions, perform triage, and determine the level of care required.
Safely administer and provide medications in alignment with professional guidelines and scope of practice
Support the safe recovery and transport of individuals from the site of injury to appropriate medical facilities
Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
Ensure all first aid stations, kits, and medical equipment are stocked and compliant with safety standards.
Support workplace health initiatives, wellness checks, and injury prevention programs.
Collaborate with Health & Safety and Emergency Response teams to develop and implement safety protocols.
Participate in drills, training exercises, and emergency response planning.
Qualifications:
Licensed Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) or equivalent certification.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in emergency medical services, industrial, or remote site environments.
Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED (advanced trauma or remote medicine training considered an asset).
Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills under pressure.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
Physically fit and able to lift or move patients as required.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada (Canadian citizen)
