Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our client’s cutting-edge aerospace engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, analyzing, testing, and supporting low-power electronic and electrical circuits used in advanced aerospace systems. You’ll play a key part in technical coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with rigorous customer and industry standards.
Pay Rate: $60.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Perform electrical/electronic circuit design and analysis, focusing on low-power systems.
Develop and execute test procedures, conduct testing, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Manage engineering changes, ensuring traceability and configuration control.
Coordinate technical activities within the engineering function to meet all customer requirements.
Establish and maintain technical plans, estimates, and schedules; provide regular progress updates to project engineering and management.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects with shared resources in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as the hardware team focal point, interfacing with other internal functions and external customers.
Lead and participate in technical design reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic circuit design and development.
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic design, analysis, simulation, build, test, and support processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Eligibility to work on defense projects; must meet CGP (Controlled Goods Program) clearance requirements
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
