Responsibilities:
Set performance targets and communicate accountability clearly.
Recognize and reward staff for achievements, while providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Collaborate with Supervisors and General Managers to ensure performance is addressed.
Develop, train, and support team members to improve their skills.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure staffing meets sales goals.
Participate in the recruiting and selection of salary managers.
Ensure restaurants meet QSC standards, food safety, and labour laws.
Troubleshoot operations and recognize successes during restaurant visits.
Coach restaurant leadership to maintain high levels of QSC and food safety.
Ensure proper execution of promotions and new products.
Collaborate with performance experts to review and improve restaurant systems.
Work with the Owner/Operator to develop annual business plans.
Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting tactics accordingly.
Create a positive work environment while achieving business results (guest satisfaction, sales, profits).
Ensure restaurants are staffed and operationally sound.
Develop and execute reinvestment plans, including opening new locations and equipment upgrades.
Lead programs, promotions, and leadership visits.
Set high-performance standards and ensure goals are met.
Balance day-to-day activities with long-term business planning.
Encourage teamwork and resolve conflicts constructively.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Minimum 7 years of QSR operations or related industry experience.
Post-secondary education in Business Management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and communication tools (virtual meetings, WhatsApp).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
Experience building strong working relationships and collaborating across teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
