Adecco is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrator - Donor Information and Data Management to manage and maintain their Raiser’s Edge donor database, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of donor records. This is a full-time, permanent role located in Ottawa, ON, offering a competitive salary per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database systems, along with strong data management and financial coordination skills.

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and maintain the Raiser’s Edge donor database, ensuring donor records are accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

  • Oversee data entry, imports, and exports to maintain consistency and data integrity.

  • Conduct data cleanup and ensure high-quality standards for donor information.

  • Process and post donations, pledges, and payments to pledge receivables in a timely manner.

  • Generate and distribute donation receipts in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

  • Reconcile donor records with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Create and maintain standard and custom reports to support fundraising, donor engagement, and decision-making.

  • Provide data analysis and insights to enhance donor retention and revenue generation strategies.

  • Support team members with queries, segmentation, and other database-related tasks.

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing Raiser’s Edge or similar donor databases in nonprofit organizations.

  • Experience processing donations, generating receipts, and managing pledge receivables.

  • Advanced proficiency in Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM/donor database systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

  • Knowledge of data cleaning and best practices in database management.

  • Familiarity with donor engagement processes, fundraising operations, and financial protocols.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
