Data Entry - Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s finance team in Toronto, ON. Your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices efficiently and accurately, maintaining financial records, and assisting the finance team with various accounts payable and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
Confirm and process vendor invoices to ensure they are accurate and complete.
Use QuickBooks Online for various accounting functions.
Ensure invoices are correctly coded and entered into the accounting system.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Manage weekly check runs and electronic payments.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing tasks.
Keep financial records precise and up-to-date.
Offer data entry support as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
Previous experience in data entry and accounts payable preferred.
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
