Job Overview:
Adecco is hiring dedicated Data Collection Representatives to join our team and contribute to key projects for our client. Reporting to the Onsite Supervisor, you will be responsible for collecting accurate and detailed data in the field while ensuring adherence to project protocols and Best Practices. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately collect data in accordance with project guidelines and procedures.
• Follow the schedules and tasks assigned by the Onsite Supervisor to ensure maximum productivity.
• Report any observations or issues encountered during data collection to the Onsite Supervisor.
• Participate in pre-deployment training sessions to ensure readiness for special projects.
• Adhere to Best Practices for data collection and participate in follow-up audits conducted by the Onsite Supervisor.
• Provide feedback on data collection processes and suggest improvements when needed.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and requests related to the Data Collection Program as directed by the Onsite Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection.
• Ability to work independently in the field while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to report issues or observations effectively.
• Prior experience in data collection or fieldwork is an asset, but not required.
• Flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work various shifts based on project needs.
