Adecco is currently recruiting a Senior Cybersecurity Architect for a full-time, temporary contract role based onsite in Regina, SK.

• Pay Rate: $195,000 – $234,000 annually

• Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (100% Onsite)

• Job Type: Full-time | Temporary Contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Interpret, enforce, and provide guidance on information security policies and standards

• Deliver information security education and awareness across business areas

• Respond to and support the management of information security incidents

• Conduct Threat Risk Assessments (TRAs) for IT-related business initiatives

• Provide security assessments and oversee security requirements for IT solutions and service procurements

• Offer expert information security advice and guidance to business and technical teams

• Evaluate emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and evolving cybersecurity risks

• Support cybersecurity strategic planning, governance, and architecture initiatives

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Formal training in a recognized IT design methodology with hands-on implementation experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience

• Completion of at least one formal course in project management

• Architecture-related certification such as TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials

• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity strategic planning, including risk management, governance, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and technology assessments

• Proven experience as a cybersecurity architect where:

  • You served as lead architect or owned a major subsystem

  • Work was delivered using formal IT methodologies and security control frameworks

  • Solutions were successfully implemented (this requirement is heavily weighted)

• Experience designing and implementing cybersecurity architecture in complex, distributed environments

• Strong experience collaborating with technical teams and senior executives to secure buy-in for security initiatives

• Experience briefing senior leadership and developing cybersecurity vision papers or strategic roadmaps

• In-depth knowledge of industry security frameworks such as ISO 27002:2022, NIST, or equivalent

• Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps operations and automation

• Proven expertise in zero-trust cybersecurity architecture strategy and implementation

• Broad experience architecting enterprise solutions across multiple initiatives

• Up-to-date knowledge of key technology trends such as system integrations, data management, and technical governance
