Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our client in Thunder Bay, ON. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to clients in the home medical equipment sector, ensuring both phone and in-person inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
  • Pay rate: $23/hour.
  • Location: Thunder Bay, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones for oxygen, sleep therapy, and home medical equipment clients, as well as referral sources.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and product needs.
  • Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite and JD Edwards.
  • Provide accurate information and support to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or retail setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using JD Edwards.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and Public Safety/Terrorist Watch List Check.
  • Must provide 2 employment references.
