• Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person, providing timely and professional assistance.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure data entry is completed.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an asset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
