Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Master Data Entry Agent to join our client’s finance team in Edmonton, AB. In this role you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate customer master data while supporting invoicing activities and data consistency across systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes of data, and effective collaboration with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Location: Edmonton, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week (working in office)
Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 2-month contract

Responsibilities:
Process all internal inbound requests for new customer accounts and perform updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of customer master data across systems
Submit invoices accurately and on time through various software platforms and portals
Collaborate with global peers to ensure data consistency and alignment
Own and maintain training documentation and knowledge-transfer materials related to customer master data
Create, update, and maintain documentation for new and enhanced data processes
Participate in additional duties, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset
1–3 years of experience in data entry, customer master data management, or a similar administrative role
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is an asset
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing workloads and schedules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex information clearly and respond to inquiries across all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using logic and reasoning to evaluate options and implement solutions
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to change
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
