Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time experienced Bilingual Customer Concierge Receptionist (English and Mandarin) to work for Porsche in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00.hour

  • Location: North York, ON

  • Shift: 8 hours

  • Must be available to work within dealership hours - 

  • Monday to Thursday – 7:30AM to 8:00 PM

  • Friday – 7:30AM -6:00 PM

  • Saturday – 7:30AM – 5:00PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers,  according to client standards either on the phone or in person

  • Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person

  • Ensuring that customer follow up contacts are made

  • Taking care of customers who are waiting

  • Supporting colleagues as required (i.e. standing in during absences)

  • Taking part in projects as assigned

  • Creating invoices and managing payments (i.e. accepting deposits)

  • Organizing the filing system

  • Accepting and distributing company mail

  • Preparing for and carrying out follow-up tasks for meetings

Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Proficient in Mandarin is required

  • Business and/or Technical education at a university/college Experience in dealing with customers (preferably for a premium brand)

  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment an asset

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant an asset Working knowledge of standard computer applications (i.e. MS Office) & Outlook

  • Energetic and positive mindset

  • Great self discipline, organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Willingness to go an extra mile and provide the best customer experience

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
