Adecco is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our client’s team in Kitchener, ON for a 12-month contract at $23/hour. In this role, you'll provide front-line customer service, support off-site CPAP clinics, and handle medical office administration tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting while making a positive impact on patient care.

  • Pay rate: $23/hour.

  • Location: Kitchener, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing timely support to customer inquiries

  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers in the storefront

  • Supporting team members at off-site CPAP clinics (transportation required)

  • Coordinating medical office administration tasks, including scheduling and document management

  • Ordering inventory and maintaining product stock levels

  • Updating CRM records and following up with customers

  • Understanding and explaining CPAP products and services with empathy and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

  • Confident problem solver with a professional and empathetic manner

  • Detail-oriented with strong computer and CRM proficiency

  • Medical administration experience or familiarity with CPAP therapy is an asset

  • Ability to travel occasionally to off-site clinics as required
