This specific job posting is considered an entry level position for individuals who want to use their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in a professional business setting; perfect for those in retail/hospitality positions looking to get more hours or even students with some daytime availability during the business week! If you are looking to gain some business related experience, enhance your communication skills and use your personality in a business setting, these interim and as-needed requests could be a match for you! These are temporary opportunities covering for time off such as sick or vacation days and individuals may be requested to work same or next day as well, therefore flexibility is important. Key to note, the hours would be between 7am and 3pm Monday through Friday only (no evenings or weekends available).
Our client, located in the downtown Toronto core (TTC or GO accessible) is looking for outgoing, professional and engaging individuals who can meet, greet and direct people while maintaining professional standards all in a front facing capacity.
Some of the responsibilities for the Temporary Corporate Concierge job opening in Toronto, ON may include, but are not limited to;
Face-to-face greeting and interaction with staff, guests or tenants
Ensuring the front desk is tidy, engaging and presentable at all time
Providing polite, professional and accurate direction and information; questions, inquiries, concerns
Responding to any elevator and cleaning concerns and contacting maintenance if required
