Adecco is actively seeking a Bilingual Collections Team Lead (French and English) to join our client’s team for a full-time role offering $100,000 per year. In this position, you’ll lead a team of Collection Supervisors, manage client portfolios, and drive collections performance. You’ll play a key role in improving financial outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships. - Manage daily AR operations, contact clients/lawyers, and resolve delinquent accounts.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Collection Supervisors; oversee onboarding and performance reviews.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
- Support ad hoc initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or Business Management.
- 7–10 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and credit—preferably in a professional services firm.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Aderant is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certified Credit Professional designation from the Credit Institute of Canada.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Partners and Management Committees.
