Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract role located remotely anywhere in Canada, with working hours in EST. This position offers a competitive salary of $28 per hour and is ideal for individuals with a passion for client relations and project management.

  • Pay rate: $28/hour.

  • Location: Remote – anywhere in Canada, with working hours in EST

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. This includes managing kick-off meetings, deadline tracking, client status reporting, and coordinating with various operational teams.

  • Work closely with internal operational groups throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating deliverables to achieve project objectives.

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, understanding their needs and feedback. Collaborate with clients and support the project management team as necessary.

  • Draft project telephone scripts and website content, assist in developing business rules, and provide project reporting, ensuring high-quality standards.

  • You will collaborate with Project Managers and other departments to enhance service quality and meet client expectations, fostering teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role.

  • Experience in the legal industry, paralegal work, or case management is a strong asset.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases.

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience is preferred.
