- Manage the execution of client projects from kick-off meetings to deadline management. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project deliverables, staying within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate across operational teams to meet project requirements.
- Work alongside internal operational teams throughout the project lifecycle. Help coordinate and deliver project milestones, ensuring seamless teamwork to meet client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensure understanding of client needs, and relay critical feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients and/or the Project Management team to ensure continuous alignment.
- Assist in drafting telephone scripts, website content, and business rules.
- Provide ongoing project reporting and analysis to ensure high standards of quality, while contextualizing data for client use.
- You will work closely with Project Managers and other departments to continuously improve service quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Your role is critical in fostering a collaborative, solution-driven environment and in managing complex tasks that require careful attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment.
- Fluency in both French and English (oral and written communication).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail to gather and process information in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in drafting written content for program-related materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with databases and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience is preferred.
