Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Case Management Support Officer (Medical) to provide critical administrative and operational support to our case client’s management team in Regina, SK. You will bring exceptional customer service skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience or education related to the medical field—such as medical terminology or a Health Information Management designation we are looking for you!

  • Pay Rate: $28.00/hour

  • Location: Regina, SK

  • Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound telephone inquiries to plan members to request information (claim set up, etc.)

  • Respond to providers and employers on documentation requests and return to work plans.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and invoices.

  • Follow up on correspondence with medical providers.

  • Second level claim set up review, including obtaining any outstanding information.

  • Tagging documents for the file with the appropriate code.

  • Provide assistance to adjudicators.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in administration, health information management, or a related field.

  • Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or a similar environment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology or a health-related background

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • High attention to detail and strong data entry skills.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
