Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) - Industrial Manufacturing to join our client’s team in North York, ON. Our client is a leader in precision-engineered sheet metal solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets across multiple industries, including power supply, construction, automotive, and others.

  • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers in diverse markets, ensuring a broad and sustainable revenue base.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to tailor solutions that meet the complex demands of different industries.

  • Spearhead the business development efforts by identifying new market segments and potential partnerships that can benefit from our solutions.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and business development progress to inform strategic decisions.

  • Actively participate in and represent the company at industry-specific conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our client’s products and forge strategic relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing

  • Demonstrated success in business development and strategic market expansion.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

  • Flexibility to travel as needed (50%) to support business and customer needs.
