Business Analyst - Hybrid (E-commerce)

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract, with possibility of extension, for our Crown Corporation Client in Toronto, ON. This contract has a possibility of extension for up to 2 years. This position is hybrid, 2 days per week in office for the duration of the contract. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.

The Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• Participate in production support activities as a member of a 2nd level support team

• Support team with business processes and environment to help define the requirements as expected from the business users

• Assist team in the coordination between the business users and scrum team members so that the vendor and our internal teams of production support activities for our financial applications

• Support Quality Assurance efforts including unit test and production deployment

• Help team in applying best practices of Agile methodology within the development team as required

• Assist team to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external counterparts.

• Provide analysis expertise in developing and deploying Business systems enhancements as requested by the user community;

• Ongoing activities and deliverable, as required

 The Business Analyst must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• 3+ years experience defining requirements for Ecommerce implementations and enhancements;

• 3+ years experience understanding of integrated ecommerce technical solutions (e.g. ecommerce, payments, ERP, financial reconciliation, etc.);

• 3+ years experience with ecommerce flows (Browse, Cart, Checkout & Payment, customer support);

• Experience supporting 2 major RFP processes;

• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Agile (Scrum) methodologies;

• Experience working in agile (scrum) delivery environment

• Strong communication and facilitation experience

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Other responsibilities as required to support marketplace initiative
