Overview – Building Maintenance Technician
Part time (16-24 hours a week) ongoing contract opportunity working though Adecco staffing payroll, on-site near Southdown Road and Lakeshore, in south Mississauga.

is primarily a handyman role with experience in commercial buildings minor maintenance and upkeep
Services Required - Building Maintenance Technician
Perform routine maintenance tasks for building upkeep including painting, drywall repairs, minor HVAC such as belt and filter changes, also temperature monitoring and adjustments.
Support building occupants with furniture and equipment repairs and office relocates
Monitor general building condition and lighting. Perform bulb changes and minor plumbing repairs.
Minor plumbing repairs, leaking toilets, Faucets replacements
Extra - Maintain grass and landscaping. Perform little snow removal at front entrance and stairs.
