Brand Marketing Specialist
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in Scarborough, ON. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining our brand identity, crafting impactful campaigns, and driving audience engagement. Your expertise will ensure that our brand remains relevant, recognizable, and consistent across all channels.
Pay Rate: $60,000/year
Location: Scarborough, ON
Shift: 9:30am to 5:30pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.
Coordinate and manage various marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging across all channels.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Support the planning and execution of in-store events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
Develop and implement community marketing initiatives to foster stronger relationships with local communities.
Assist in the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is published.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including budget tracking, project management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in brand marketing or research, preferably in CPG space
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint & excel) and marketing software (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads).
