As first level support you will deal directly with both consumer and corporate customers in a high-volume inbound calling environment.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints – this will be primarily on the phone but also via chat.
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting including site navigation, login issues, permissions, and functionality across multiple platforms.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in software tools - heavy document tracking.
Act on chat/email inquires and requests in a timely manner.
Perform outbound calls to follow up on outstanding issues or to ensure a positive customer experience is following through.
Research and liaise with internal teams to help resolve issues/concerns/discrepancies.
Various administrative and/or clerical duties as required.
Minimum qualifications for the Bilingual Technical Customer Service Representative job openings in Canada include but are not limited to:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role from a high-volume call center setting; preference given to those with help desk or technical support experience including troubleshooting in a SaaS environment.
Completed post-secondary education or related work experience in lieu of a degree.

Strong skills with technology including CRM tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly and enthusiastically; asset to those who have had to work on multiple tools at one time.

Highly organized and strong follow through skills; confident.
You must be able to work shifts in the EST (Eastern Standard Time Zone) and pass a criminal background check.
