Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail‑oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Parts Clerk (FR/EN) to support technicians, customers, and internal teams by ensuring the accurate management, organization, and flow of parts inventory. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting service activities, and contributing to a smooth parts and logistics process.

Ideally, you are mechanically inclined, and experienced in inventory control within construction, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.

  • Pay Rate: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians and customers by identifying, locating, and distributing the correct parts in a timely manner.

  • Provide reliable parts-related support to ensure repair and service activities run efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records across all internal systems.

  • Process and enter stock orders quickly and accurately to support operational flow.

  • Use digital tools to monitor inventory status and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless parts availability.

  • Support shipping, receiving, and related logistics tasks as required.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts storage area in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).

  • Mechanical understanding or experience in construction, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.

  • Hands‑on experience with inventory procedures and inventory management systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage is considered an asset.

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to lift, handle, and move parts or equipment as needed.

  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on business needs.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
