Bilingual Parts Advisor

Adecco is actively seeking a Bilingual Parts Advisor to join our client’s team in the Durham Region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong mechanical aptitude and experience supporting parts, inventory, and customer needs within the construction, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors. The successful candidate will provide bilingual (English/French) support to customers and technicians while ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth parts operations.
Pay Rate: $60k/year.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing required parts
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Utilize inventory management systems and contribute to continuous process improvements
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments
Support the shipping and receiving department as required
Ensure the parts area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Mechanical aptitude: experience in construction, industrial, or heavy equipment environments is strongly preferred
Experience with inventory control systems and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sage accounting software experience is an asset
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required
Valid driver’s license may be required
