Bilingual Parts Advisor

Adecco is actively seeking a Bilingual Parts Advisor to join our client’s team in the Durham Region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong mechanical aptitude and experience supporting parts, inventory, and customer needs within the construction, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors. The successful candidate will provide bilingual (English/French) support to customers and technicians while ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth parts operations.

• Pay Rate: $60k/year.

• Location: Durham area, ON

• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing required parts

• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Utilize inventory management systems and contribute to continuous process improvements

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments

• Support the shipping and receiving department as required

• Ensure the parts area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:  

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

• Mechanical aptitude: experience in construction, industrial, or heavy equipment environments is strongly preferred

• Experience with inventory control systems and procedures

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sage accounting software experience is an asset

• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

• Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required

• Valid driver’s license may be required
