Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bilingual Marketing Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent time management skills, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pay Rate: $27–$29/hour

  • Location: 100% remote

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday

  • Employment Type: Full-time | Temporary (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, documents).

  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Maintain and update databases and administrative records.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for management.

  • Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.

  • Oversee office supply orders and equipment management.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and document procedures.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative.

  • Experience with administrative software and digital tools (a plus).

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
