Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers in both English and French. In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shift: Mondays to Fridays 10am-6pm (training time varies from 8:30-6)

Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls, enter orders received via phone, fax and email as well as answer
    customer inquiries and problem solve.
  • Process/troubleshoot orders placed via phone, fax, and email.
  • Process equipment billing, auto shipments, consignment orders, custom-pak orders and
    returns.
  • Handle routine to complex customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with Sales Reps to provide problem resolution when required.
  • Complete documentation and process credit requests.
  • Troubleshoot and correct EDI orders.
  • Act as point of contact for Sales/Marketing & Operations.
  • Manage personal performance, attendance and schedule adherence.
  • Remain current on all products, policies and procedures by attending training and completing
Qualifications:
  • Secondary School Diploma required
  • Post Secondary School Diploma or Certificate is preferred
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is an asset.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience would be an asset
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
